Olive-Harvey College is a recipient of the ICCB Workforce Empowerment Initiative grant that funds, Project Evolve. Project Evolve offers scholarships for 13 short-term certificate programs. Earn a credential to become job-ready in 3 semesters or less! Chicago residents awarded a scholarship will obtain benefits like free tuition, transportation cards, childcare funds, as well as stipends of up to $500 for completing and obtaining employment. Designed to increase equity among Chicago’s neighborhoods, Project Evolve encourages residents from the southeast side of Chicago, African-Americans and Hispanics, those unemployed, and/or underemployed to apply.
